Your right to return

You may return an unopened CardioX product within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, for any reason. Where EU consumer law applies to your order, this reflects your statutory right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU; the same 14-day window applies to all our customers.

Conditions

• The product must be unopened, unused and in its original, sealed packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened food supplements cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email info@wristliving.shop with your name and order details within the 14-day window. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued using your original payment method or, for cash-on-delivery orders, by bank transfer to an account you specify. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us promptly and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping.
